Super clean, excellent lighting (which is rare at a gym), lots of plate loaded equipment, and a good variety of weighted balls and bags. Plenty of cleaning stations available to maintain a safe and healthy environment, and thank goodness for easy parking! The owner, Janet, is great to work with, and an all around fantastic person.
