We contracted with Thomas Home improvements to remove a 22 year old deck, and replace it with a larger screened porch. To echo several other reviews, Bill and team were thorough, responsive, and very professional. Bill was always one step ahead on planning, supplies, and support that made the construction seamless. A special shout out to both Brad and Pat who were one of the finest teams I’ve seen on any jobsite. Craftsmanship was beautiful. They are worth waiting for if you want a quality construction team, that exceeds expectations. We will certainly be a repeat customer for future projects.

We worked with Bill and his team doing a remodel converting a screened in patio to an outdoor room with fireplace. We were very pleased with the outcome. They were prompt, professional and responded quickly with our changes. I highly recommend Thomas Construction.

We had a laundry room expansion, new siding put on the house, a composite deck to replace our very old decking and also the front
porch. They also replace the old railing with black aluminum railings.
The workers were always on time and were very hard at work all day.
They were very helpful with anything we needed. Will miss having
them around until the next project is started. The cost of the project
was very reasonable for all that they did.
