This has to be one of my top places to work. I have only been here for about 6 months so far and it already feels like family to me. They are very accommodating when I needed a job that fitted my school schedule. I was working part time day shift, but since finishing school I have had the opportunity to learn more about how to do each department and transition into going to second shift to be a trainer. So far in my time being there I have become employee of the month for February and enjoyed the Christmas party they had for everyone. I would definitely recommend working here because the it’s such a great environment of people and the management/ bosses are always there if you need anything. Best of all I’m guaranteed 40 hours every week with having Friday and the whole weekend off every time.

I have been with deBotech for 3 years now, and can say without a doubt that I have been given every opportunity to accelerate my career from being an entry level employee to becoming a member of upper management and I've earned it through hard work and consistent improvement. The same opportunity is present for every single one of our teammates whether they be current or future teammates. The opportunity and reward is there if you want it and work hard for it! I am excited to come to work everyday because I know that I am apart of a company that truly cares about its employees and works to grow them every single day. My life as a whole has been impacted in such a positive and amazing way and there are many others that feel the same. Feeling thankful!
