We recently moved to the area and did not have an insurance agent. I did not have prior experience with State Farm but we were referred to this agency in particular. The service is excellent. They quoted me for all of the policies same day and in some cases over the phone rivaling some of the online only insurance agencies. Their prices were extremely competitive individually and overall they were the least expensive. They also offered a significant level of flexibility in the structure of the insurance coverage including high deductible policies if interested as well as earthquake coverage. The service and responsiveness of the agents, we use Jackie Flewell, is amazing. Immediate response to emails and follow-up calls - all for online-only prices is pretty impressive.
