He went above and beyond my expectation to ensure my needs were met and offered to help me ensure the security of the load I was carrying when my Semi Truck radiator hose blew out. Dan was incredible. After the first two providers through USAA didn’t show (never use 3 T towing. They are mean nasty people who have a history of leaving people out in the cold). Dan called me as he was leaving his house because he knew I had been out there for three hours. Was so nice and made me laugh while helping with my tire. Asked him how much he makes on a flat tire. He said it’s about helping people in times of need. Kudos Dan Kudos. Major good karma for you. Will always recommend and use them for any towing needs.
