We have been customers with Arrow for almost three years for both Pest Control and Termites. They offer quality service and protection for a very fair price.
Their customer service team is excellent and always very responsive and helpful.
Their technicians are very helpful and always go the extra mile.
And if you have issues between the quarterly visits they will respond promptly. Generally the quarterly visits do take care of everything. But every so often we will get out of control ants. Well... not for long. Andrew generally is our tech, and he always checks in with us when he visits to make sure they are taking care of any issues.

We first used this business because we needed to relocate the bats that had taken up residence in out attic. They were so impressive that we signed up for the quarterly service. Arrow is extremely knowledgeable about how to get rid of each pest as well as being prompt in responding. The office keeps good trace of where their service techs are and the tech who comes to our home is always courteous, helpful, efficient and willing to keep us up to date on what has been done and when results should be seen. (usually within a day). I cannot recommend them enough, I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

Great company! Very responsive. Simple, straight forward service contract. Nothing better then reliable service that is affordable. Technician was knowledgeable and very efficient.
