  Great facility and the staff/instructors are wonderful. Your Karma offers a nice range of yoga practice levels throughout each week.

  I truly cannot say enough good things about this studio and I have been lucky enough to be there since day 1.
  
  The knowledge and skill set that Shelly, Rachel and every instructor who teaches there is second to none. It truly is a studio for everyone whether you want to physically challenge yourself or find yourself mentally.
  
  There are classes for the experienced yogi and there are classes for someone just starting to dabble in their yoga practice.
  
  Rachel truly has a gift of knowing exactly what her massage clients need- she has fixed me time and time again and I always leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

  I’ve been a member here for over a year and Your karma truly offers a variety of traditional yoga classes for all experience levels. They offer massage and reiki services too! YK is definitely a space to relax and unwind from the busy lives we lead. Each time I walk through the doors and smell the soft scents of patchouli and sandalwood in the air I’m immediately uplifted. The staff is sweet and thoughtful in preparing a place for you in class. They have props (I.e. bolsters, blanket, blocks) set up when u arrive and instructors are there to guide u with modifications if necessary to help u work on/achieve your individual yogi goals. Instructors lovingly end each class with the Oh so wonderful smelling cold compress clothes they give out during savasana! It’s pure bliss y’all! I’m very thankful to have found my yogi squad here at YK. 10/10 Highly recommend

  My experience with Your Karma has been nothing but OUTSTANDING! Classes range from relaxing to restorative to challenging and inspiring. The owner, Shelly was very warm and welcoming and made me feel comfortable. She even calmed my nerves before taking my first Yoga class. Besides the yoga I also get massages done with Rachel. She was and is able to understand where I may need extra work when I am hurting in a particular spot. Whether it be a Swedish or deep tissue Rachel has been terrific.
