Patient comfort, confidence and care is head and shoulders above any dental service I’ve ever had, I’m 56. There is no condemnation or criticism even implied for a history of poor care. Instead, Dr. Drouin and his staff thoroughly explain all options and then support your choice of care. Dr. Drouin also considers more than just appearance. He sees dental health a part of your overall health. His consultations are fantastic. Seeing these folks is an unusually pleasant experience.

What a blessing it was taking my daughter to Lake Norman Smiles this morning. She fell and broke her tooth last night, they were able to fit her in to a busy schedule this morning. Hoang was great at making her feel comfortable and delicate with her tooth. Loved the staff and the feel of the office. Can we give 6 stars?

I've been a patient at Lake Norman Smiles Dentistry for 20 years. Hoang Drouin is an artist. Regular visits are a pleasure as he and his staff are both professional and personable...a rare combination. Any and all repair and maintenance is always of the highest caliber.

I recommend this practice with the highest enthusiam to anyone who would like regular dental checkups or requires reconstructive work...

At 76 I had been advised to get braces. My family urged me to get a second opinion from Dr. Drouin, their dentist, and I followed their urging. Thanks to Dr. Drouin’s careful, professional advice I will not get the braces. And, thanks to his friendly manner and his well-considered explanation, I am totally comfortable with the decision.

I have never had a better more comfortable experience at a Dentist. It was my first time. Dr. Drouin was highly recommended by a friend.
I had x-rays done at a prior office and I needed a crown. I researched and picked 3 different places and ended up choosing Dr. Drouin for the value and quality of work. He and his assistant Tracey were personable,and made me feel very relaxed and comfortable for the 2 1/2 hour procedure.
They gave me a warm blanket, neck cushion and offered me headphones to listen to music. They kept asking me how I was doing throughout the procedure.
I would highly recommend this office. They were all very kind,professional and I felt absolutely no pain too!!!
