  My kids started here a couple of weeks ago and we are very happy with the atmosphere and comradery! They have enjoyed the teen class and I have really enjoyed watching & looking forward to the future here!

  my son and daughter both attend the children's classes here. We are very happy. All the instructors do a great job and they really care about the kids. **edited on 10/2019 to say: My 8 year old started here over a year ago and now I can say what a difference martial arts has made in his life. All he wanted to do was play video games and had little confidence in his physical fitness. Now he enjoys Muay Thai, and looks forward to each class. The student code of Integrity Courtesy Perserverance Self Control and Respect is what intially drew me to TKO. My son has shown so much growth this past year mainly with respect and self control. These classes are so much more then just learning to defend yourself.

  I keep going back. Jessica and Alexis are so freaking awesome and helpful. I could purchase this stuff anywhere but the great customer staff keeps me coming back when I pay something off! Thanks ladies for making every purchase smooth and awesome!

  Alexis and Kenneth helped me more than a customer could hope for. Kenneth made sure I was happy with phone I chose. Even when I was not sure and changed my mind a few times. he was very patient. Very understanding and very dedicated worker.
  Alexis was also very patient ,cheerful and very thoughtful. Alexis called to different stores and didn’t stop trying or get flustered she kept a positive attitude including Kenneth
  These two employees im blessed with just kindness and patience in there hearts.
  They are two individuals you won’t ever come by easy life. Excellent customer service all the way around.
  I’m very happy for the phone they tried so hard to find for me.

  Came here for the first time with no experience whatsoever. After leaving high school basketball, I got married and had 2 kids and started a desk job. I was definitely out of shape & needed something fun and active that was only for me. Found this place and took the free trial class of the women's kickboxing. All of the women were so nice and helpful. Hannah was very kind and helped show me what to do. The workout is definitely that - work! But if I can do it anybody can. I left feeling strong and confident. I did something I never thought I could do. And now I've signed up as a member at TKO. Try it out and I promise you will love it !

  TKO is one of the most important aspects in my life! The family culture was just what I was missing in my life! The amount of support and direction Natahn and Hannah gives to each student is filled with unconditional love. If your not coming to TKO then your missing out on an opportunity to be molded into the individual that you've always known you could of been. Additionally, the martial arts culture doesn't build character it reveals it. Therefore, get your wraps, boxing gloves, shin guards, and good attitude and bring all of that to TKO
