  I am new to the area and was looking for a chiropractor for a chronic neck issue due to 2 accidents with whiplash. I am so thankful to have found Dr. Williams! He helped put together a plan to get my neck feeling better. I’d never had dry needling before, but that has helped tremendously, as well. I felt relief after just the first time. Also, the staff if so wonderful. They are all so friendly, kind, and helpful. I definitely recommend them for all your chiropractic needs!

  This doctor is amazing! If it were not for him, I would not be upright! He is caring and has a great sense of humor! The front staff is one of the best staff I have had the pleasure of working with. I was having a very rough day and crying due to personal issues. They made sure I got the care I needed even though I was late by 30 minutes (ran into traffic and 2 accidents on the way). I live 1 hour away from this office and I gladly make the trek over here because it is worth it (if he recommends dry needling for you get it! Its amazing). Thank you Crossroads for your excellent customer service and caring for your patients even when you've had a long and busy Monday. I will continue to use him as long as he is in practice! If you want to be treated like a person and not a number, go to this practice! You wont regret it.

  Dr Williams has changed my life. I have been to many chiropractors over the years looking for relief for what I call my “spot” in my upper back/shoulder blade. I have never had true relief until now. His care plans are tailored to myself as an individual. The staff are also incredibly professional, kind and personable. I highly recommend their office.

  The staff at Crossroads Wellness and Rehab are knowledgeable and attentive. Any time I have questions and/or need to schedule an appointment they immediately take care of me.
  
  My back pain has improved exponentially and I am able to do things I enjoy again. I would recommend them to anyone.

  As soon as you walk in you feel the warmth welcome from the staff always friendly and ready to assist you. Dr. Williams is very clear on his treatment plan and has helped me more than any othe Doctor that I seen in the past 2 years for a bad sciatica case. I have to say that I’m glad I walked in this place 👍🏻
