The service/delivery was great. Would have been better if the delivery person had waited and allowed me to inspect the e wheelchair before he left. I did find a couple things that I would have liked noted that should have been addressed before I took delivery.

Chris with Family Medical/ Adapt Health did a great job delivering, setting up, and explaining the use of the oxygen machine and wheelchair.
He was so nice and friendly. Our dog Gracie enjoyed the attention and treat Chris gave her while he was here. Thanks again Chris!

They responded very quickly. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

Ms. Bethany is ALWAYS so helpful and knowledgeable. She goes above and beyond what she HAS to do.

I must say the down home southern hospitality, as well as quality service from the start of the necessary paperwork to the delivery and placement of the product was a success! There was a demonstration of teamwork with the collaboration of more than one Family Medical Supply involved .Thank you Ashley, Summer, Janelle, Stephanie, and delivery and placement technician Alphonso.
