(August 19, 2022, 8:50 pm)The facility is kept clean and is open 24 hours with a pull-up gate and a keypad to type in your code. The customer service is fantastic and deals and promotions are one of a kind! I would totally recommend this place to anybody who needs to store things and Akron area.

(August 2, 2022, 1:19 pm)Renting unit was quick and easy! Was able to complete everything online and over the phone! Only complaint our unit door was difficult to open initially but my husband sprayed wd40 and it now goes up easily. Access is simple and secure
