  Clean, quiet place. Owner is very friendly. Level, graveled sites with a concrete pad. A little pricey for a place a place offering no amenities, but I would still recommend if you need an overnight or weekend stop off.

  This RV park, from moment we attempted to acquire a spot here, the owner David was nothing but helpful. His exact words were I have a spot but I know you have a toyhauler and want use back patio so, if you wait one week I can give you better spot so that can open and use your back patio. We waited and glad we did, have no one in front of us but over an acre of yard area. My 5 yr old loves it here as we do. David has been very respectful and professional since day we moved in, he called make sure we were ok and on the way. Landscapingis amazing and they come weekly to keep grounds very well manicured, quiet all the time and we have met some of the best people here. In one month made more friends and neighbors than did whole year last year in development. I love it here and no amenities but I'll take that any day for clean and quiet park with ability to walk run or ride my sons bike. Thanks David and so happy be here after looking at 5 other parks hands down best one and conveniently located ro everything.

  Stayed 3 nights wish we could stay longer. Extra large sites with patio and beautiful landscaping. Easy checkin. Lots of good reasturants, grocery store, Super Walmart, and brewery all less than 5 miles away. Would definitely stay here again!

  Home is always where you park it! We love it here at Cooper’s RV Park! It’s quite here. The neighbors are nice people & so very helpful! David, the owner, keeps his park clean & tidy! He always makes passes to check on everyone & he cares for his park! The rates are very fair. The view is beautiful! Since I am a Texas girl, I am not crazy about the weather but it is winter so this is to be expected. I cant wait until summer!

  Wonderful park. Very quiet and a pleasant place to call home. David and his staff keep the park beautiful and are always available to answer questions and solve any issues
