“I got my human hair extensions done at another salon by going off of a referral from another person with not much research on my end, believe me, that will NEVER happen again! Within 1.5 wks, 3rd shampoo later I noticed there were several that were already unraveling and hanging on by a thread...this was NOT my first rodeo so I knew this was not normal. As you could imagine, I was devastated after the investment of the extensions and also the 12 hours of the incorrect install for the labor that already went into these. I immediately contacted Michael with Dr. Lockstar to set up a consult and he immediately booked me the next day (on his week off for his b-day) to do a major repair by removing all 50 loc extensions and doing a major overhaul repair on my head beginning with the roots that were also completely jacked up and then he did the install the correct way for all 50 of my loc extensions. I recommend Dr. Lockstar to anyone looking for perm loc extensions, maintenance, or repairs. He is more than knowledgeable and gives you all the info you need to take care of your locs & investment to give them the best love and attention possible. I am not just lucky but I'm so grateful to have met such an inspirational and artistic person. After the traumatic experience in the beginning I am now ready to begin my journey with my locs and to have someone I respect like Michael helping me along the way. All of them seem to me to be a gym where you did exercises and occasionally some other modality of treatment. Not at Orthos! There, I am placed into a private room with very nice ambience. I am then treated with heat or cold depending on the injury followed by electrical stimulation treatment. Afterwards the area of injury is gently massaged and then treated with ultrasound. This is what I call physical therapy. The staff is exceptionally kind and very skilled. If you want to be treated in an extraordinary way with amazing results, I would highly recommend Ortho Physical Therapy.”

“We spent the morning at a nearby apple orchard. The McDonald's was 5 minutes away. Everyone was hungry after being at the orchard for hours. This McDonald's location was clean. “This company went above and beyond to take care of my Dad in his final days. He went from getting ready for a vacation to Disney to severe weakness where he could even sit up over the course of 2 days. He had leukemia and blood transfusions had been keeping him alive and with his sudden and rapid decline, he was unable to receive any more of these life sustaining transfusions and we knew it was time for Hospice. When I first called Community, it was hard to find an RN to do his admission because one was sick and the other(s) were on Christmas vacation. Misty, LPN, understood our urgency and contacted the director, Sarah, who came home from her vacation early just to admit my Dad. Before he was technically admitted they had a hospital bed brought in and during his admission the next morning, started him on oxygen. Communication with Tiffany, RN and Misty, LPN was wonderful and they kept my Dad comfortable until his last breath that I had the blessing of holding his hand during. They never hesitated to go above and beyond to see my Dad and my siblings and I had everything we needed. As an RN myself and with previous experience of Hospice with my Mom and Grandpa, the team that took care of my Dad was exceptional. So wonderful, that I'm hoping to join their team myself. If you have a loved one you want to keep comfortable during their final days, I highly recommend Community Home Care and Hospice.”

“We love Jessica Wagoner! She has been my dermatologist for 7 years now and she is fantastic. She is so sweet she puts you at ease as soon as she comes in the room. She has treated my teen daughter for a planters wart and now its completely gone. She can also help with dandruff and dry skin. She cares about every issue you bring to her. She is always on time, yesterday I was there for my yearly "mole patrol" and I arrived at 9:55 for my 10am appt. I was seeing Jessica by 10:15 and she found 3 suspicious moles first time in 7 years she removed them and I was checked out of the office at 10:30!! The office staff is efficient and very nice. The office is newly remodeled and very clean and sterile. I was also reading all the services they offer now like Platelet Rich Plasma Injections for skin rejuvenation and hair restoration and laser treatments. I would highly recommend Jessica you are in great hands with her.”
