I went to this business to have a snap ring installed. The shop is very professional and personable. I enjoyed the time i was there. They got the work done pretty quickly. (it was a really small job)
Even though the job was small it was such a good experience that i had to leave a review to give this place a shout out.
I highly recommend Baker's Garage. We thought we needed a new alternator in our car as the battery gauge was reading low and jumping and the car was operating with less power then usual. After calling Baker's Garage, we found out that they could change our alternator for the cheapest price around. Shortly after dropping our car off this morning, they contacted us to inform us that our alternator was testing good and was not the problem. They continued to investigate the issue and discovered that our problem was a deteriorated $5 battery cable. We greatly appreciated their honesty, and the fact that they saved us over a couple hundred dollars. We also asked them to change all of our tires and give us an oil change and were pleasantly surprised when they contacted us and told us our car was ready the same day, as we did not expect for our car to be ready until tomorrow. Unfortunately at that time, our children were home for school and we could not fit them all in our truck to pick the car up so we informed Baker's that we would pick it up in the morning and he immediately asked for our address and volunteered to pick by husband up and bring him to the garage so that he could drive our car home tonight. At every turn and in every bit of contact with Baker's, they went above and beyond to offer excellent customer service. We will definitely be using them for any of our future car repair needs. They were polite, honest, and fast with great low prices. Thank you Baker's Garage Services!
