    When informed that my current Medicare supplement insurance that I have here in PA would not available when I relocate to NC, I started to panic. I searched the web and came across the name of Tim Beatty of NC Senior Solutions and contacted him. His response was IMMEDIATE. I met him a week later for a consultation and his explanation of the various plans available to me was thorough and centered on what was best for me. Just a week later, I was signed up and even that process went smoother than I had expected. Tim was professional and thoroughly listened to my needs and got me on a plan that those needs. Tim also provided me with all the links I need to find my new medical providers when I do relocate. I am so glad I found NC Senior Solutions.     When the time came for me to get Medicare ,I asked Tim for help in choosing the plan best for me. He immediately set up a time and date to discuss my needs. He was very courteous, very knowledgeable, very concerned that I get what I needed. The professionalism was remarkable. I have never dealt with anyone in insurance before that knew and answered all my questions with such assurance as with Tim Beatty.

    I worked with Tim on my insurance needs and he was great to work with. Always took as much time with me as I needed and even came over to my office to help me walk through alot of the questions I had. I felt like he truly cared to get it right. You won't be disappointed working with Tim.
