My daughter has been a patient at Kids Care for about two years and we love it! My daughter sees provider Houghtalen, she, and the staff are always extremely friendly and attentive.
I've read all the reviews on here and I am so surprised at all the bad ones because I've had a wonderful experience at Kid's Care Pediatrics. I've been taking my daughter here for about 5 years and I have been taking my youngest here for one year. I've always had a good experience. Kind and attentive staff. Nurses get back to me if I call in with a health question. The doctors have always been great. If I have a sick child, I just call in and they schedule a same-day appointment. The doctors have changed a couple times over the years, but they have always been great. I'm sad others have had a bad experience, but that just hasn't been the case for my family and I.
