Simple not easy is the statement I utilize most when practicing with Nicole. Her teaching style is approachable for beginners and seasoned yoga practitioners alike. Each class is infused with knowledge, wisdom and takeaways that can be used on and off the mat. I have a greater understanding of the basics of yoga, human anatomy, and human behavior in order to scaffold to a deeper, more consistent practice. I highly recommend her classes and one on one sessions.
