Incredible experience all around. I contacted Home Suite Home in a pinch and Joy was amazing. She was responsive, engaging, listened to what I was trying to do and was incredibly helpful all along the way. I am grateful for the overall outstanding experience and look forward to being able to work with Joy and Home Suite Home again.

I'd began a rigorous promotion/relocation experience with my job when I reached out to Joy and needed accommodations moved along very quickly. Not only was she prompt in response, she has been the most courteous and helpful part of my relocation thus far. I'm currently residing in one of the corporate apartments and it has by far exceeded my expectations. Without a play on words, she has been an absolute JOY to work with. We have worked with Karen and HomeSuiteHomeNC over the past several months. We're having a house built in the Raleigh area and needed to find a short term rental for the duration of the construction. From the beginning the whole HSHNC team was super helpful. They responded instantly and patiently to our many questions and sent a short list of potential apartment complexes that would meet our needs. We visited each apartment complex and what blew us away is that they all knew Karen personally and told us how much we would love working with her and HSHNC. This has proven to be the case.

When we actually selected a property, Karen advised us to wait a week before signing because the rental rates at the apartment complex were due to decrease, which they did. We moved in earlier this week and it was so simple and seamless. HSHNC arranged for time at the loading dock and had all the information we needed for our stay laid out in the apartment when we arrived. The apartment is furnished beautifully and comfortably and we feel like we've come home.

I tried to work with two other executive/temporary rental companies and they either did not respond to me or they proposed outrageous prices because I was not a part of a major corporate account. Karen treated us wonderfully by contrast.

I would unhesitatingly recommend working with HSHNC if you need a short term furnished rental in the Raleigh area. You won't regret it.

Moving to a new community is never easy, but Home Suite Home made our transition a great experience. After explaining what we needed, Karen went out of her way to find a lovely furnished corporate condominium for us with all the amenities we asked for and more. Many months later, when a snow storm prevented us from moving into our new home, Charity and Karen worked with us to help us extend our lease for a few days until the moving trucks could safely travel to Raleigh with our furniture.
This team went out of their way to make certain that we were not only satisfied, but content. Even small requests like extra towels and dishes were handled with professionalism and positive attitudes. I don't feel like I hired a company, I feel like I found new friends! I stayed with Home Suite Home for 3 months at the Alexan North Hills while relocating to Raleigh for a job. The apartment itself was nicely furnished and had all the essentials including a washer/dryer. Check-in was easy and the support staff was reachable and very pleasant to work with when there was problems - my internet suddenly stopped working (Time Warner's fault not theirs) and they took care of it right away. Cost-wise, I found Home Suite Home to be less expensive than other corporate apartments and most long term stay hotels in the area. I would definitely recommend Home Suite Home.
