Very impressed. I was extremely worried due to previous establishments not holding up to their standards. I was literally shaking on my way to pick my car up. They have really out done their selves. I was extremely impressed to the point I’m kind of afraid to drive my car. It looks brand new. I highly remind this establishment.

Very professional, super quick, always kept me in the loop with updates along the whole time they repaired my car. When it was done it looked like a brand new car off a dealership lot. You have any automobile needs you need to see these guys cause they do what they say they was going to do and more. More then satisfied

Carstar was great!! They explained precisely what would need to be done! They even helped me out by doing a of couple extra repairs that were around the place where I got hit for very little extra cost. Man, my truck looks like new and they even helped me out by taking care of my rental vehicle so I could just jump in my vehicle and take off! I'd give them a rating of 11 but I think the highest I can go is a 10.

The people's there was really nice and the job they did was wonderful. The only thing I didn't like was I was told that it would take only 3 days to do the work, but it turned out to be 2 weeks and 2 days. When I picked my vehicle up and left I noticed that there was a lot of ants in my vehicle.
