I have been seeing Dr. A. for several years now and yes, you may have to wait to be seen but maybe it’s bc he is listening to someone else just as you expect to be listened to when it’s your turn. Are you thinking about the person with the appointment after you that is having to wait longer bc you’re taking an extra 6 minutes? And then the domino affect kicks in. Dr. A has literally lived through hell and he still wakes up everyday and does his job trying to help us. No he will not sugar coat just to give you warm and fuzzies. He is real, he is kind and he is honest and in todays world that’s a rarity. And whoever said his front desk staff is rude, surely did something to deserve it bc Margie and Lori are FANTASTIC! This office is not a perfect one but they deserve more respect than what they’ve received on here for sure!”

“My attempt to make an online appointment said it would be 6 weeks before one was available. I’d lost my license so I had to go by and wait in line. It wasn’t super hot outside so 2.5 hours didn’t kill me. Now, the first heavy set nappy haired red headed lady was mad at the world. Misery loves company. She treated everyone like garbage. At her break or shift change the new lady was very pleasant and eager to help. Unfortunately for the staff there were only 2 Driver’s License Officers working. They still had good attitudes even with being worked to the bone. It seems like there’s always one person that ruins it. She should quit her job if she can’t handle some stress. My Real ID arrived. Now I have a gold star and a portrait that isn’t 8 years old.”

“My dad was moved to Meadowview Assisted Living Center back in August 2020, right in the midst of the pandemic. It was a difficult adjustment for him, and me. The hardest part, was the inability for me to go in to visit him. I had to trust that the staff were caring for him the way he deserved. There was definitely an adjustment period, but the director, Sherry, and her staff worked hard to make him feel at home. He is very happy living there now. I feel very comforted in the fact that I am in constant contact with Sherry. They all care very much about the residents.”
