Let me clarify that I was not offered a discount or anything at all for my review. This company has always been professional and I’ve used them for my previous home as well as the one I just moved to. I call them often for re services because well, we are in NC, and this summer has been crazy hot with all the extra bugs to go with it. The ladies who answer the phone are always super nice and send someone out (usually Weston at my new home) as soon as they can. It’s not about their customer service, it’s about how we as customers speak to people. Everyone deserves respect. If you, as a customer, are unable to do that or are just rude don’t expect someone to just deal with it. This world is crazy enough. This company is great and we all just really need to do better at being nice Humans. Thanks to who ever does the responses on these reviews for dealing with the Karen’s how we all wish we could. We actually lost our ticket to decorate the gingerbread cookies in the hayride, but the nice lady at the ticket booth was kind enough to give us another with no charge. Only issue I have is they gave me tires that were very worn out but it is a sports car and maybe some people may have done burn outs that they were unaware of. “Had my suspension installed at Fastlane 10 years ago and all is still perfect. They even let me hang around and watch the install. Very cool. Returned last month and had a MGW shifter installed....long overdue with 115k miles. Man what a difference and again everything was installed perfectly and at a very fair price.
