“I had a bad experience with the Fuquay-Varina location a while back. I went to the Smithfield location to see how there service was. I met Josh who is the service manager. Very pleasant to talk to and was very coherent to what I was telling him. I took my tractor to him a few weeks later, he made sure he knew what I wanted done, kept me informed what was going on with my tractor. I was very impressed!
