“This guy was amazing. I was at a gas station and he pulls up and points out that I am dragging a wire harness under my hot rod truck. He took the time out of his own day, without fee and without hesitation to help me in the middle of that parking lot. He is proof positive that there is still faith in humanity. If I need mechanic services you can bet that I will use his services from now on. I fully believe that a private owned business thrives only through the goodness of its owners and employees and he is a stand up guy. He saved my day and I hope to pay it forward.”

“The technicians are good but I had constant issues with the office staff. Borderline harassed to get the install done but I had a family death and had to put it off. When there were issues the office staff tried to divert blame or tried to make me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about. No gas to the generator and she basically said the generator guy didn't know what he was doing. Turns out the T-block they installed was bad. No big deal as parts fail, even new parts. Eventually got that fixed then smelled gas throughout the backyard. They at least got someone out here fast for that. Turns out there was a fitting they installed that was loose on the regulator and bled out all my propane for one of my 120 gal tank into the atmosphere. I was told there would replace the gas and they never did. I am tired of calling them to fix the issue only to be made to feel like I am doing something wrong. At least I bought my tanks outright so I am not forced to do further business with them. Edit: Parker did reach out and Renee was very receptive and professional. We have reached a resolution I am happy with to the level that I am willing to continue business with them.”

They painted my entire house [walls, trim, doors, ceilings and cabinets] and it looks like NEW. It is PRISTINE. They were always EARLY, but waited in the driveway until it was the time they told me they would be here! They were so friendly and courteous. They cleaned up everything! No mess I was never afraid to leave my house and my possessions in their care. They always locked up everything when they left. They were fast but completed their work with perfection! There was actually a discussion here about my situation versus in Downtown LA guy was eating a cake and looking at screen while listening to me in one ear then went to talk to his manager came back with basically 'nope, this is the policy - take care'. Missing crucial detail this DPSS picked up on. Its not always peaches here, but what matters most is when it works out, its a relief. “I had a bad experience with the Fuquay-Varina location a while back. I went to the Smithfield location to see how there service was. I met Josh who is the service manager. Very pleasant to talk to and was very coherent to what I was telling him. I took my tractor to him a few weeks later, he made sure he knew what I wanted done, kept me informed what was going on with my tractor. I was very impressed! So I picked up my tractor and told him he gained a new customer! Thank you Josh for listening to my needs with my tractor!”
