Dr. Palmer certainly made my first time visit a very pleasant and comfortable one. She was most informative and provided me with much information that will allow me to prepare myself for might be ahead. She was very patient and took a lot of time before, during and after the hearing exam to walk me through the process and to answer any questions or concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Palmer with High Point Audiology in Clayton.”

“Our son started here about 3 weeks ago and all I can say it this establishment is hands down better than I could have ever dreamt it would be. We had issues with a previous daycare in the area (always extremely sick (not just common colds), getting hurt constantly and even being bit numerous times by other children his age (less than 1) to the point of bleeding and horrible bruising). We haven’t had a single issue so far aside from normal baby/toddler behavior (tripping or bumping his head). The staff is amazing and you can tell they truly care about the children in their care. He has learned so many new skills in such a short time being there. I’m so happy my son is in great hands here and cannot wait to see him continue here!!”

“Wow! Very knowledgeable staff. Explained so much about reef keeping. Oh course, i spent more than I intended to. Selection of corals and fish was great. If you have a big aquarium, this is definitely the place for you. Had some big fish and I loved watching feeding. I Will definitely go back. Just tell the owner to be straight up with you about what tank u have and the inhabitants and your maintenance. Feelings may get hurt a little, but reefing is on-going and things change quickly!”

Colleen explained how my wife needed to complete the information paperwork. Kaitlin asked and brought me the famous Seattle WA coffee. What a professional greet team they both are. They demonstrate the "pain place" can be a "pleasant dental facility". Their positive professional attitude helped make us relax before meeting my wife's DDS.
