(December 31, 2018, 11:15 pm)Loved my experience, had a gun slide engraved here, the only reason I deducted 1 star is due to the top engraving did not turn out as perfect as I hoped. But the writing...BEAUTIFUL!! Super affordable, and very kind staff. Not to mention you can watch your engraving happen right in front of you! It's so cool! I was a first time customer, but I'm going to be a long term one. Strongly recomend using them.
