Arden Salt Room & Sauna

This is a wonderful yet healthy experience for both me and my children! They love going and the people are so nice to them. Highly recommend the salt room.

I had both an infrared and salt room treatment today. The treatments were both great and this is a great place to get them done. Nina (I hope I remembered her name correctly)was very nice and gave me a lot of good information about the benefits of the treatments and was very friendly and helpful. The facility was very clean and provided me a robe and towels to use while I was there. Highly recommended!!

The salt room was very relaxing and in just one session I can see/feel a difference on my skin, especially my face. Highly recommended.

This was my first visit to do the sauna and the salt room, so I can't speak to the efficacy of the treatments yet, but the place is clean, spa like and had knowledgeable staff. I enjoyed both treatments very much. I will definitely be booking more in the future.
