  This is a great place to bring young kids, learn about the southern culture and history. There are scheduled events through the month. Don't be shy and give them a visit, you will not be disappointed.

  We toured The Mundy House shortly after moving to the Denver area in 2016. It serves not only as a local monument, but hosts The Lincoln County Historical Association. Many details of the original construction materials can be seen inside the building. There is also a timeline that helps visitors understand the history of this charming treasure. The garden outside is tended lovingly by members of The Historical Society. If you love history, you'll enjoy this step back into antiquity.

The Mundy House, owned and operated by the Lincoln County Historical Association, is one of the few remaining historic houses in eastern Lincoln County, and it stands as a local landmark that documents the history of the Mundy family and the development of Denver during the nineteenth century.
