(March 17, 2019, 10:50 pm)Absolutely phenomenal Doctor and Staff e. Doctor Daniel Cook was exceptional. He's very professional, courteous, personable, easygoing and funny with excellent communication.
In the consultation appointment Dr. Daniel Cook suggested what the best treatment would be and explained in great detail what the surgery would entail - answering all our questions before we left the office.
I would highly recommend this office to anyone and everyone. The entire office made you feel comfortable and for my nervous 17 year old Son that makes all the difference in the world. -

During my consult, Dr. Cook took a great deal of time explaining my condition and my options for treatment. He also informed me of what was going to be done to help me and also informed me of the side effects and what could possibly go wrong. I really appreciated that. I am more confident now in the procedure to repair my jaw joints.

They collect all your insurance information and file accordingly. The also quoted my office visit charge before going in. I left feeling confident of my diagnosis and I look forward to following up with this office!
