Didn’t get load till 3pm but they said load had a 1am appt earlier and was supposed to have delivered in Atlanta at 10am????but when you miss appointment they have to work you in. They were busy and she told me upfront it could be 4-5 hours before they got to me. I was there 5 1/2 hours. They only take like 35 min to unload and guy comes out with paperwork when done. Broker lied about times so call ahead to see when appointment is. But if you get there on time it’s really quick ????
