  Being new to this area I had to choose an AC repair service and hope for the best. In choosing Rye, the best is what I got! They were friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to explain every step of the repair process. Plus, their prices were more than reasonable. I highly recommend Rye Heating and AC. Just an all around excellent experience. They’re my go-to company from now on. Thanks for the great service guys!
  Note: I’m adding to my review because. I just used this company again for a different AC unit and I wanted to specifically mention the excellence of service person Derek. He showed up about 2 hours after my call and was amazing! He worked very hard to get the old unit working, yet provided me with the practical info to make a decision about whether or not to replace it in the future. I can’t recommend him highly enough! What a great representative for Rye Heating & AC! Thanks for your dedication and concern Derek!

  Wow! This is a very ^together, well trained and thorough company^ ! We contacted them and an hour later Derrick knocked on the door! He was very knowledgeable and the kind of person who not only knew his job but was also able to explain to us the problem. To the owner.... this young man only enhances an already great company!

  Derek D. is the best! He was thoughtful, quick and very informative. Derek D. was a professional and very down to Earth at the same time. I didn't feel any pressure at all. My house was hot like an oven but Derek came to rescue. He also waited to make sure everything was working. I will call on Rye and Derek again. If you need any help ask for Derek!

  I was impressed in multiple ways this company was able to help me
  
  (1) speed: I called them on a Thursday. By Friday, they had a repairman out for an estimate. By Monday they had the team come out to start the fix, and the project was completely done by Friday (it was a pretty major project). Only 8 days from phone call to completion! It was incredible. I had other local companies waste 2+ weeks simply looking for a part.
  
  (2) Service: It was a major project and it took a little longer than expected, and they were actually at my house until 9 pm on a Friday. They did not “go home early” so they could go out and enjoy their Friday night, they stayed at my house until 9pm to fix the project. I couldn’t believe it! I told them they didn’t have to do that, and I told them repeatedly they could go home to spend time with their families — but they wanted to make sure I didn’t go the whole weekend without a broken air conditioner.
  
  (3) Accountability: They called me on Saturday morning to make sure it was still working!
  
  (4) Price: I definitely paid a lot less for my unit than a lot of my friends have.
  
  Highly recommend this company and will definitely call them back if I have future problems.

  Absolutely the best experience possible! Brad Rye and his team removed my old Heat pump replaced it with a new York Heat pump. My old unit would run constantly never catching up. The York system is zoned which helped the upstairs and downstairs which are on separate thermostats. This system reacts very quickly and then shuts off saving us lots of money. From now on we will use Rye Heating and Air conditioning for all my HVAC needs.
