  Only gym I've ever joined and it has been great. Joined it mostly to work on my legs due to diabetes and I usually only get out at night so it has worked out pretty well for me so far. Like others have said, it's very clean and has plenty of new equipment in it to use.

  Love this gym!! Staff is super friendly. I get to workout and tan at the same place. Perfect combo. Highly recommend this gym over any other gym.

  The equipment is most up to date and the staff is very knowledgeable... Locker rooms are clean and smell fresh. Open 24/7 great all around armosphere!!

  The staff at Fitness Time - Lincolnton is outstanding. They are welcoming and helpful. A special shout-out to Amy who has assisted me in shaping a plan that enhances my physical well-being.

  I LOVE THIS GYM ! It has everything I need and is super clean ! Staff members are nice and always say hello ! This is by far the best gym I’ve ever trained in ! I used this gym a few years back and moved away. I Recently moved back to the area and the gym is still in top condition without skipping a beat ! The AC is always blowing cold and locker room is always clean ! Other people at the gym that workout are friendly and respectful too ! If you ever need help lifting or have any questions, the staff will help you and work with you to meet you goals ! I highly recommend this gym and can’t wait to see it grow ! ????????????????‍♂️
