“I was greeted with smiles and given samples of best-selling goodies when the staff learned it was my first visit to the bakery. They made me feel welcome and went out of their way to answer questions like what kinds of breads they offer and whether they make eclairs (not often). I bought chocolate filled cupcakes (excellent), two pecan sandies (my favorites), a chocolate raspberry filled cupcake with raspberry frosting (filled with real raspberries & seeds), a spicy gingerbread man and a strawberry cheese tart for after-dinner desert with friends. Everything was absolutely amazing. I even saved a cheese danish for breakfast. I'm very picky, and I wasn't disappointed. Oh, and the counter girl even made a special bow for my box. I had unexpected fun on a Friday afternoon in this small town bakery. It's worth driving out of the way to enjoy their offerings.”

“I am a partner in a property management company with over 40 rental properties. We needed someone to do repairs, upgrades and remodels on our properties. We searched and reviewed several companies in and outside out local area. Most companies would not take on the project because several of the properties are not in very good shape even though we explained that our goal was to repair them. They also would not visit all of the homes. We when contacted Patriot Construction and Remodeling they were professional and courteous. We asked if they would look at the homes and provide us with their thoughts on the properties and a quote for work we knew needed to be completed right away. They visited each property, inspected inside and out and even went so far as to crawl under several of the homes. It took them a week to complete their visits and a couple days to compile their results. They presented us with a list of jobs that they felt needed to be completed immediately and others that could be put off until later. The cost estimates were realistic and within our budget. They have completed several projects for us including bathroom remodels, plumbing repairs and landscaping. They are currently engaged in clean out and demolition of several properties we plan on completely renovating. We have hired them as our partner and they complete all of our rental projects and repairs. Their rates are competitive and their work is exemplary. I recommend them highly.”
