“We went today for the first time. We missed Church's Chicken after moving back to the area and we were grossly disappointed with the Church's Chicken in Charlotte, NC. We were not surprised to find the place insanely crowded. The wait to get our food was about what we expected with the crowd. The chicken was hot, moist, and flavorful. The biscuits were absolute perfection and the sides we got of Mashed potato, jalapeno cheese bombs, and fries were the best we could have asked for. however. there were a few areas that kinda put a slowdown on the excitement: 1) I had to go back and get our mashed potato. Luckily we were dining in and not carry out. 2) we ordered for dine in, but were handed a bag for carry out. so we ended up eating chicken on top of napkins 3) We ordered a family meal and I asked for a split of regular and spicy, this was typed in and on the screen, however we only got regular, no spicy. 4) we ordered all legs and thighs and we got a random mix of parts, some of the parts were smaller than the biscuits. Overall the quality of the food was awesome and the friendliness of service was unquestionable. I would, however, suggest that cups be given upon ordering instead of when the food is handed over, especially during such a long wait time with a crowded restaurant.”

“No number assignment so you have to “stand in line” from the time you arrive. My first visit I didn’t have all the correct paperwork for new registration. Second visit went smooth with the same worker. Total time there both visits was about an hour an the staff was helpful and friendly!”
