(March 8, 2013, 5:24 pm)My husband and I bank at PNC. We have dealt with everyone in the personal banking branch on the first floor. Overall they are all very friendly and personable. We haven't had any issues with cashing checks, making deposits, or withdrawing our money. I personally banked with BofA for years and find PNC to be much more customer focused. The Virtual Wallet is awesome, and keeping up with our accounts is very easy. I don't foresee us ever banking anywhere else at this point.
