Always answers questions, called me with updates and made me aware of information I wouldn’t have thought to even ask. Very pleasant and trustworthy to work with, which can be hard to find with insuarnace agents.

He is a family friend and has always been someone that has given me the best advice in life; someone I consider a role model. On February 10, 2012 I got in a severe car crash. I was 17, a high school athlete, and I was driving back from practice. Between exit 30 and 28 there was slowed, nearly stopped traffic, because of lake onlookers. I was nearly at a halt when a uhaul van hit my car going 70 and crushed it in half. I was airlifted to the hospital. Kris was the first one at the hospital. Since the accident there has been a lot of things me and my family would of had to worry about if we didn't have Kris. He has had my back through all the repercussions that follow and I couldn't put my trust in a better man. If you are looking for someone to protect you, and your family, there is no one better.

(September 25, 2013, 5:39 pm)I have been a client of Kris Kozdras and his amazing team; Al, Gail, Christie etc for over 15 years. They are by far THE BEST OF THE BEST when it comes to customer service! Years ago, when our car was broken into, (in our driveway) I contacts Kris's office and the issue was addressed immediately!!! Again last year, our home suffered roof damage. Not only did Kris and his team respond immediately, Kris took time out of his busy schedule to come to our home to meet with me and the adjuster to ensure everything was to be completed to my satisfaction!
In addition to Kris Kozdras and his team always being so responsive to any needs, Kris also has taken part in my son's travel baseball team; providing sponsorship. All it took from me was a phone call and as usual, he was there for me!
I would and have recommended Kris and his team to my friends who have also been extremely pleased with just how helpful and responsive they are.
I truly cannot imagine having a better provider then Kris Kozdras and his amazing team!! If you're looking for the best - look no farther!!
