  We’ve been researching hot tubs for quite a few months now. Out last model was 30 years old. From the moment we entered the store we were warmly welcomed by Jason. He took the time to enlighten us, and we even scheduled a “test drive” for us. That sealed the deal! Any day now our new hot tub will arrive so that we can spend every night in it!

  Adam designed our backyard patio, firepit and sitting wall. His designs and ideas were perfect for our space. He listened to our needs and our suggestions and incorporated them into the design. Through the installation process, Adam was always there for questions and always responsive and professional. Melissa was fantastic!!! She took care of all the questions we had. She is the definition of the Perfect Client Experience! We couldn't be happier with the quality of the work, as the construction team was fantastic, efficient, polite and very careful.

  Jason from the Cornelius location has been extremely helpful over the past couple of weeks. He took a couple of hours today alone to walk through everything again before we went ahead and placed our order for a hot tub. He was professional, knowledgeable, and patient. Rather than blindly pushing all the bells and whistles in the most expensive models, he took the time to really understand my family and our needs, and then he suggested the right model and features for us. Thanks again for all the help Jason! Definitely recommend this store to others!

  We went in to look at Hot Tubs and our expectations on what we could afford and quality was way off. However, we were met by Jason McDonad who was able to guide us and provide us information. He was a pleasure to work with and not pushy. Needless to say we walked out with a very nice Hot Tub and are very satisfied. Thank you Jason! I’d highly recommend Fun Out Door Living if you’re in the market for a Hot Tub or any outdoor patio accessories.

  I just brought home my new Adirondack chairs that I bought from Fun Outdoor Living. I have been so looking forward to sitting by a fire in my back yard in them, and I am not at all disappointed. They are sturdy and so comfortable - very high quality. Jason McDonald was a super helpful salesperson when I came in to to look. He was not pushy, but helped me find exactly what I was looking for in the perfect color for my back patio. I ordered them and they came in just when promised. They were also very professionally put together for me. If I need any more outdoor furniture I know exactly where I am going to purchase it.
