  Your agency wrote a policy to cover my home after the previous insurer processed a hail damage roofing claim as three separate claims and then would not renew my coverage. The rate was very high for three years, and Charlotte Insurance (Robin) proactively contacted me prior to renewing the expensive policy for the fourth year to advise me that the three years was up, and I was eligible for a policy with another company at a more affordable rate.

  Hector is our agent at Charlotte Insurance. He is a complete professional !! In addition to his friendly and polite way of being, he is extremely effective in everything he does! It is extremely visible to us how much he loves his work and knows what he does. With every experience we have with him we confirm that he is the ideal professional to work with.   Charlotte Insurance has always been available, responsive and attentive to all of our needs. The Account managers all the way to the latest in Ms. Anna Sage have gone over and beyond in accommodating the complexity of my accounts in LLC./account settings originally which affected set up but also Start and Renewal dates and making sure that we had the best rates and policies. Thank you and I would definitely recommend Charlotte Insurance in the future.
