Cortland Wren Northlake

I just renewed my lease and i love living here. The apartments are gorgeous and the community is amazing. Bruce and the rest of the maintenance team are wonderful, fast, knowledgeable and so nice!!!!! Over the last week since i just moved to a bigger apartment, i needed them quite a bit. They always came prompt and with jokes lol! The office staff is also fantastic. Leigh, Eddie, and the other girls are great. They know you, they’re personable and they are super helpful. I really love Wren and if you can work with the price, it's definitely worth it.

I moved in on New Year's day and so far so good. The apartment is spacious, clean, and well built. The property itself is very very clean. The neighbors are nice and pleasant. The apartments must be well insulated because I don't hear any noise whatsoever from the folks above me and my 1st electric bill is low. Eddie, Leigh, and Rae have been phenomenal. Great professional, customer service. I highly recommend this place.

I moved from a Cortland property in Raleigh which I loved to this one and the staff was super helpful, I changed my mind about being on a 3rd floor and they were able to move me the very next day. It has been 3 months and I have no regrets, the property is well maintained, office staff is amazing especially Leigh who made my move as painless as possible. Location is great I work uptown ( don't know why its not called down town) and it takes me 15-20 min to get to work. I would recommend this property to anyone! cant wait for the summer the pool looks amazing!

My wife and I enjoy use of the gym and the recreation lounge. The layout of our apartment fully meets our needs. I like the lighting , the heating and cooling system efficiency. Our energy bills have been very reasonable. The service has been excellent. The repairs prompt and the staff is very courteous. The community is quiet and pleasant. The location is very convenient for shopping and dining and is with walking distance to the park and ride location at the mall.

Such a nice place to live! I absolutely love the dog park area! I think it's really nice to have a fenced in area in which to let the dogs off leash to play and do their business!

The staff folk are kind and courteous and have always been helpful in every possible way they could! I love the way they accept our packages from FedEx and UPS for us so we don't miss our shipments! Thank you for all you do!
