(February 24, 2019, 8:45 pm)I reserved my storage unit and checked in online. So the process to get into my unit was quick and painless. Brent did a great job continuing the final check in. He also showed us to our unit. Ensuring we saw it and could use the lock appropriately. The only part I didn't like was that they required monthly insurance. I must have overlooked that on the website. So, the monthly amount cost I thought I would pay is unexpectedly higher.

(January 11, 2019, 4:27 pm)I stopped by the Public Storage in Mount Holly and Jason was most helpful in assisting me. Jason had a professional demeanor, and he showed me items that I need to protect my furniture and bedding with that I never would have even thought of! Kudos to Jason! I highly recommend this place for storage, as the building is clean and the employees are friendly and helpful!

(December 28, 2018, 11:38 am)Just relocated from WNC I had a 930 appointment but couldn't make it, I forgot to call them. It wasn't a problem Courtney greeted me with a smile, and took great care of me even though I was late. She took her time explained everything in detail including there new lock policy. Yes at this facility you have to buy there lock. $20. Facility was clean and modern and sits off by itself so it seems secure. Thank you again Courtney for you outstanding customer service!
