(December 13, 2018, 12:00 pm)Awesome, polite and caring staff. Everything in one location, including lab. Only thing I don't like is they don't have same day sick visits, so for that I make the trek to South Charlotte- love Dr. Bond.

Dr Grass and her assistant Jen have done everything to make me feel comfortable and help me through my ailments. They really do go above and beyond. If you're looking for a new doctor's office, this is where you need to be!
(April 19, 2018, 3:32 pm)This office is very accommodating! I called to schedule an appointment. Although everything was booked, Ms Ada was very helpful in assisting me with other scheduling options. She was very helpful and did not rush me off the phone. Thank you Ms Ada and Lakeside Family!!
