Alaine is amazing and I highly recommend for a deep tissue massage. She is very knowledgeable about sports injuries and was able to help with some areas that have been painful for years. I will definitely be back!

I have been in pain in my neck, back and numbness and stiffness in both and hands for about three months with limited range of motion in my arms. After only one session with Alaine, I experienced more range of motion in my shoulders and decrease in pain in my neck and back. I also notice more feeling in my hands....Great Job Alaine!

Alaine responded immediately to my text request for an appointment. I have been in terrible pain from a sciatica flare up for a week and prescription medications, ice, heat, TENS, a steroid injection, and staying horizontal have done nothing for the pain. I laid down in the car and could barely walk in and afterwards I was able to walk out and mostly sit up in the car! I'll be seeing Alaine several more times before having surgery to keep heading in the right direction!

Alaine came highly recommended to me by a mutual colleague and friend. She was very prompt in getting back to me about scheduling a session. I suffer from fibromyalgia and chronic back pain so I'm no stranger to massage therapy! Alaine did an amazing job!!! Best part about it was that I didn't even have to leave home.
