  Leon and Mike(I think that's his name) really helped my shoulder. Leon is very knowledgeable when it comes to physical therapy. I will recommend movement solutions physical therapy to anyone who needs it. Thank you both for all your help in getting me to my goal and keep up the good work and patient motivation.

  After surgery for a broken ankle and nerve damage that accompanied the surgery I came to see Dr. Leon Knight through a referral from my cycling trainer. Leon analyzed the issues that the nerve damage was causing my foot and started a plan of dry needling, stretches and exercises. I have complex issues with my injury and Dr. Knight is doing an excellent job of paying attention to my issues and concerns and adopting my treatment and therapy to address them. He is good at articulating what is happening in my treatment so I can understand where I’m at and where I’m going. To date he has taken me from being virtually immobile to being able to ride my mountain bike well enough so I can resume teaching MTBing skills clinics again. If you need help Dr. Knight is the physical therapist you need to see.

  Great PT. Personable, fun to work with, employs effective reviews of your problems and strategies for solutions. Will continue to return. I've gone for multiple dry needling sessions and the treatments have always been effective.

  Dr. Knight is amazing!! I had knee surgery years ago, and after having a baby that constantly needed to be bounced and carried around, my knee started bothering me again. That is no longer the case! He taught me that I really just needed to strengthen the muscles surrounding my knee, and I’m still doing some of the exercises weeks after finishing my physical therapy because they work so well. They are now part of my workout routine. Dr. Knight is friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and encouraging. Highly recommend!!

  I am a family physician who had been experiencing hip pain that radiated into my leg for 2 months. I was frustrated with the temporary relief from medications and began to worry that my condition would not improve. I knew I needed therapy and I chose Dr. Leon Knight of Movement Solutions based on his glowing web reviews. He did a thorough assessment and was able to determine the cause of my symptoms and designed a treatment plan that was specific for me. Dr. Knight enjoys educating his patients throughout the process and showed his concern by checking in with me via text once weekly to see how I was progressing. After 4 weeks of therapy, I am completely pain free! It is the best thing that I have done for my personal wellness. Dr. Knight is an excellent clinician that I will highly recommend to my patients, medical colleagues, and friends.
