My family have been going to Dr Monroe for years and have nothing but a good experience with his dentistry!! Very nice and professional staff!! ????
I have been going to Dr. Monroe since I was about 10 or 11 and am now 29 and have moved to Durham - he and his staff are worth the 2.5-3 hour drive for their friendliness, attentiveness, and professionalism. I cannot count the number of times they have been willing to work with me, from fitting me in the same day when they find a cavity to always being willing to work with my schedule (since I am traveling, I prefer Monday appointments to have a long weekend, etc.) If I could give them over 5 stars, I would - they are that great.
Kind staff, smooth experience, great cleaning. Been driving 30+minutes for 5 years to come here. Totally worth it!
I have been going here for a few years. Dr Deskus is great. I had an issue with my insurance not wanting to cover a crown and Dr. Deskus and Cindy took time out of their days to help appeal the claim. I can spare you all the details but if you have ever called insurance you know thats a battle every call. I appreciate them helping me out and I am a life long patient because the took the time to help me. Thanks again guys.
A great place to go. The atmosphere is nice and the staff are superb. Dr. Monroe was great and explained things that he was doing along with any options I may have. I could tell he had my best interest in mind.
