  I love it there. I can go and get a great workout done in 30 minutes. The owner and other trainers are super personable and push you and assist if you’re unsure. Great environment. I also can bring my son when I need to and that’s a major plus.

  9round, conceptually, is genius. No class times, go as many times as you want, 30 minute classes, and customized workouts that change daily. What more could you want?
  
  But this location specifically is amazing. As someone who has always hated working out, the staff and culture are a huge reason why I find myself looking forward to these classes. Ra is amazing- firm yet sweet and encouraging. Even the playlists are awesome! Everyone should seriously consider joining. My membership fees are worth their weight in gold. Thank you 9Round!

  So today's workout was a butt kicker. And I managed to work hard through it. Tomorrow begins my fourth week at this 9rd location and I'm already wearing clothes I had resigned to donating... Figuring as I got older weight gain is unavoidable and maybe it is. Weight loss is also unavoidable when working out at 9rd Mt. Island. The daily variety really challenges your body and it concedes to giving up the fat calories your body has been storing. With a sensible balanced diet i saw changes in just two weeks. So save that belt or shirt that's too tight because you'll be wearing it again soon. I look forward to getting rid of the clothes when they are too big for me. I'm thinking June lol, I'll be having a yard sale.
