So I am so glad I started being seen here. Mostly all of the staff is great!! Especially Jamel!!!! He is professional and knowledgeable yet has been empathetic when needed. No matter what issues I have had he has always found a way to resolve them. It’s awesome to have someone that knows what he’s doing when appointments there can be stressful as is. Hoping the treatment I am receiving there continues to be helpful and beneficial to my life. Thx so much CEH staff!!! ????
I just started going to Emotional Health the front desk has been great especially Arlene she is on point. Melissa is great and very helpful and cares about my wellbeing. Now my therapist Adrienne is awesome she listens and understands, I feel so comfortable talking to her because I know cares and she wants me to get better. I would recommend anyone to go here for help everyone that I have come in contact with has been great. I’m so glad that my primary doctor referred me. I love this place.Matthews location
The staff is so friendly!!!! I always see Arlene and Jamel; they are always welcoming and get me in quickly!! Also, I couldn't ask more from the PA, Perez; she's so caring and informative!! Thanks CEH!!!! Call them today!!!! Don't wait!!!!
I honestly don’t understand the amount of 1 star reviews for this facility, I have had no issues since starting treatment here and suspect many of the reviewers expect their every need to be catered to. Many of the reviews fail to acknowledge the quality of the actual counseling, the reason they are here, which in my experience has been great. I’ve been treated well by all employees and have no complaints.
I recently took my mother for a first time visit and I really like how friendly and welcoming everyone was. When I walked in everyone at the front desk greeted my mother and I, and any time we asked a question they answered it in a professional manner. They were very helpful and understanding of the circumstances as far as my mother's appointments. The therapist I spoke with was really nice as well. Other than the office looking dull I did not have any major complaints for the most part, great company in my opinion.. keep up the good work.
