(November 26, 2018, 1:46 pm)When my father passed unexpectedly late on a Saturday evening, the two other funeral homes we bookmarked previously did not respond to our phone calls or messages. However, Stephanie from Robertson did answer our phone call and was extremely helpful in our time of need. She continued to work with us throughout the cremation and memorial service process and I could not be more grateful to her or Terry Robertson for their service. I would recommend them to anyone.

(July 13, 2018, 11:02 am)Frankly, I was too grief stricken to be much aware of my surroundings, except that everything was done efficiently, compassionately, and with an understated elegance that supported the service, without drawing much attention to its efforts. Several friends later commented on how well the service was done from the funeral home's end, and I appreciate wholeheartedly that they helped to provide a tasteful send-off to my wonderful wife of 60 years; I could not imagine anything you could have done better, and my family and I are deeply grateful to you. You helped make an extremely difficult time for me by providing an impeccable service to complement the funeral mass. Thank you and God bless you all.

(March 24, 2018, 7:58 pm)First I want to make aware that my situation was an unusual situation as my mother had passed away living in Charlotte, while both my sister and I live in different. My mother did not have any other family in Charlotte.
Stephanie and Terry were unbelievable, they went above and beyond for my sister and I. Everything was short notice, but yet they never made us feel anxious about anything. They made my sister and I feel welcome, they made sure that anything we needed was taken care of. They made this whole process so much easier than it is.
Though I am from out of state, I would highly recommend Robertson funeral and cremation services. Not just for what they did for my family, but because they generally want to do good for people.
