  Judy Osborne is an experienced, knowledgeable, down-to-earth, no-nonsense realtor that will listen to you and stand by you every minute – personally. She will not pass your file on to production-line administrative associates once you’ve listed or contracted that have never met you and do not know your circumstances. She will help you navigate through all of the expected and unexpected obstacles and questions and hoops of buying or selling a house. She helped me find the perfect house many years ago when several big-box realty companies had me waiting in line. I remembered her caring, competent service and called her to list that same house when I was ready to move. She was spot-on in calculating the value, gave me good advice for my negotiating decisions, and handled all of the transaction work with other agents, attorney, contractors, etc. She knows the local market and real estate practices, procedures and law and is honest and trustworthy. She reminded me of deadlines and sent paperwork to me timely and made sure there were no hick-ups with closing. I’m glad I chose her. She did a great job for me – twice.

  This local hometown gal is no stranger to the FAST PACED REAL ESTATE MARKET AND IT'S OPPORTUNITIES. Judy has, for the past eleven years, kept me informed of the current market value's in my area and included me in all her business e-mails and mailings. She was was agent Eleven Years ago.
