  Fantastic experience. We worked with Weston, and he always made himself available (call/text/email) to answer all of our questions, big and small, and to help us resolve any issues we ran into. Very streamlined process, and (having done many hours worth of research) their prices beat the dealership.

  Pretty decent experience, do not let them run your credit though. They will force the issue and then give you a ridiculously horrible deal even with outstanding credit. ALWAYS go through a bank and not just them, they come in higher than almost anyone.

  Really like the haggle free, no pushy sales people approach to car buying. I'm on my fourth purchase in ten years. I generally already know what make and model I want. I check their inventory to find one in my price range with the features I want then I have it bought to my local location. I've not been disappointed in any of my previous three purchases and think CarMax is the best way to go about a good used car purchase.

  I love shopping at CarMax...the website is awesome and the pictures are accurate. I had this car shipped from Denver, it arrived earlier than anticipated and was exactly as described. My only complaint - if it really is one, is that getting the registration process completed took longer than I thought it should have, but I had the car with temporary plates and was drive and enjoy it, so the registration.issue didn't have any impact on me. I highly recommend CarMax to anyone who is looking for a new car (used, but new to you!)

  Nelson was great to work with. The truck had sustained some minor damage prior to our arrival but Nelson assured it would be taken care of promptly. Enrique in the service department handled the repairs to the truck. He wasn't satisfied the first time it came back from the body shop and called to let me know he would like to send it back to be sure I would be satisfied. After receiving the truck back the repair was flawless. Overall a great example of customer service.
