I received a phone call and was given information on exactly how and when they would be able to get my car back in working order. I was given an extremely fair price and I was surprised by how quickly I could expect to have my car back. I have been in the Charlotte area for a little over a year and had still not found a reliable mechanic - I think I have found that in Auto Specialties of Lake Norman. Their customer service goes above what I have come to expect for my auto services.

(January 24, 2019, 10:35 am)I recently took my car to the dealership for some maintenance, and after getting an outrageous price from them for the repairs, we researched other options and Bert and his team were recommended to us. From the beginning he was polite, confident in the work, and professional. I dropped my car off in the lot late Monday night, and by Wednesday afternoon they had fixed all the major repairs my car required, and for a lot less than we had been quoted from the dealership. My car was also very clean - cleaner than I had left it! I was very pleased with this experience and will definitely be going back in the future!!
